Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once production begins and another with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping

    • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

3. International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.

  • You can also track your package directly from your VortexVestments account under Order History.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please double‑check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • To correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at ethqnit@proton.me.

  • We aren’t responsible for delays or non‑deliveries due to incorrect address information entered at purchase.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, first check with neighbors and your local post office.

  • For damaged items, email ethqnit@proton.me with photos of the packaging and damage within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement once the claim is approved.
