What is the estimated delivery time for my shirt order?

At VortexVestments, each shirt is crafted with care, made just for you, and takes about 2–7 business days to produce. Once your shirt is ready, we promptly ship it out to you. On average, you can expect your shirt to arrive at your doorstep approximately a week and a half to two weeks after placing your order. So sit back, relax, and get ready to showcase your unique style with our one-of-a-kind shirts!

What if my shirt doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?

Because every shirt is printed to order just for you, we're unable to offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. It lists the measurements for every size, so you can pick your fit with confidence.

Are returns accepted?

As all of our shirts are made to order, all sales are final and we don't accept returns for a change of mind. Please don't send an item back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?

We've got you covered. Email us at contact@vortexvestments.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm it, we'll send you a free replacement of the same product and size as quickly as possible.

What if my order never arrives?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days after its estimated delivery date, email us at contact@vortexvestments.com with your order number. Once the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we'll send you a free replacement.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll gladly reship it once you confirm the right address, but the reshipping cost will be your responsibility.
